When the goods are ready for transportation, we will notify you about their delivery before 1-3 days by phone or e-mail and inform you about the expected delivery date. The carrier will contact you by phone on that day and inform you of a more accurate delivery time. Deliveries to Vilnius are usually planned every week on Wednesdays and Fridays, during working hours. We coordinate delivery to other cities individually.
We always try to deliver the products as quickly as possible. If you need the product urgently, we suggest you to contact us via contacts listed on our website before purchasing it and coordinate the time of its receipt.
When filling out the order information, you can choose one of the following delivery options:
– DELIVERY OF GOODS ONLY via couriers/carriers. The price is 25 euros (only in Lithuania).
* Delivery within and outside European Union depends on the country, city, size, and weight of the item. Please contact us at info@iddo.lt so we can find the best option and price for you.
The order will be delivered to the specified address by a courier company or our other partners, depending on the size and category of the product. We do not have our own freight transport, so we deliver orders in cooperation with various carrier companies. We fill the trucks of other companies and thus contribute to the conservation of nature. Working in a team is always more fun!
– DELIVERY OF GOODS BY POST. The price is 3 euros (only in Lithuania).
After ordering this service, we will send the product to you with a convenient Omniva postal machine. We will sent the order only those that correspond to the standard sizes of postal machines.
